The MistryMan Take
So stealthy, I don’t think I’ve seen a WW2 movie like this before and I loved it. That scene with the vodka was great. Also the ensemble had great chemistry and diverse personalities Gotta watch more of these escape type of movies, so exhilarating. Nonstop action in the second half of movie Great movie en route for fall in the loo
Original Letterboxd entry ↗About the film
The Nazis, exasperated at the number of escapes from their prison camps by a relatively small number of Allied prisoners, relocate them to a high-security 'escape-proof' camp to sit out the remainder of the war. Undaunted, the prisoners plan one of the most ambitious escape attempts of World War II. Based on a true story.
